Hip Kit Club Cut File, Ribbon and all things Girly - scrapbooking video tutorial | Pretty in Pink

Hi Crafters!

It's that time of the year here in Australia, warm weather slowly turning into cold - ok, it's not actually slow, it's usually kind of quick. Here you are sipping on ice cold Kombucha and BAM you have to dig up jumpers. There is no in between here.

What was my point in all of this? Cold weather makes me snuggle up and tuck myself away in my scrappy room, turn on some music and create.

Here is a page i have made on one of those slow days - its a very girly one with lots of flowers and butterflies to remind me of the bright sunny days:

If you have an electronic die-cutting machine, go over to Hip Kit Club website and grab yourself this free cut file! (you will need to create an account if you don't have one already, but don't worry, it's totally free!).

I wanted to show-case this file - so i've backed some parts of it with pattern paper and some left blank. The whole file then got some pink tissue paper backing for additional texture, colour and dimension. As if that wasn't enough - hot pink ribbon is what it needed to stand out even more!

Check out the rest of the closeup shots and a process video at the end of this post, enjoy!
