Today i am sharing another design team project for Hiding in my Craft Room challenges blog.
This week we are working with digital stamps from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.
I have created a Valentine's Day card using a little bear image.
I have coloured this bear using copic markers and i have tried to do it in a way so that you can still see brush strokes and make it look like fur texture.
i have cut the image out once it was coloured and then with a black marker gone around all edges to give the image a more finished look.
For this project, i have selected a few papers from an older Valentine's collection by Crate Paper - Hello Love.
For added texture, i have stitched around the card with white thread and basic straight stitch.
To finish it off, i have matted the card onto some blue card stock and then onto a red card base, added some embellishments, and a few extra things on the inside of the card where the message will be written.
Hope you like this little project, don't forget to check out the Hiding in My Craft Room website for details of the challenge - there are prizes to be won, so check it out!
