Hi All!
i'm finally back sharing another scrapbook project with a process video (end of this blog post)!
i have been moving house and setting up a new craft room which took what seems like forever! now that is done and usable, stay tuned for more projects coming your way ;)
(there will be a craft room tour on my channel soon, so be sure to subscribe to get notified when it goes live https://www.youtube.com/user/juliaz55 )
For this project, i have use a kit from The Scrappery Kit Club i have received a few months ago which includes a lot of papers and embellishments from Pinkfresh Studio Indigo Hills Collection.
Absolutely love the whimsical nature and the colours in this collection, it is quite different from a lot of collections that have come out in the past few months.
I have added some foam squares to the back of my title to lift it off the page a bit.
The wood veneer clip, i have glued directly to the page rather than use it as a clip. I quite like the way it look both as a clip and as a whole embellishment.
I have written my Niece and Nephew's names around the curve of the heart to look a bit more interesting than just on a label or underneath a photo.
The different size hearts were punched out with a large heart punch by EK success and a really old 3-in-1 heart punch by Stampin Up
For the misting and additional splatters on the background, i have used an older Spray Mist by Tattered Angels.
If you have any questions, leave me a comment! below is a process video of how this layout came together. enjoy!
~ Julia
